The background is the newest Ahri skin that was released, and all the icons for people who don't know are the items in League of Legends. I made it like that because they're just kind of a funny way of interpreting programs and shortcuts on your desktop while still representing the LoL theme quite well.
Going to fix up the outlines around them a bit, and have to clean up some of the images to have the rounded edges that makes them look nice. That will be a bit of a pain, though I'll have it finished by the end of the night hopefully.
